However if you do have any of these symptoms do make sure your doctor rules out any possibility of esophageal cancer, as the earlier it is detected the better chance you have of coming through it as I did.

It is now well over three years since my diagnosis and two and a half years since my first “all clear” endoscopy.  Marilyn and I can now look back on our experience as being a positive one, for it has brought many welcome changes and an improved quality of life for us both.
